Hello, I’m Jen.

My name is Jennifer Witten and I’m a certified Somatic & Conscious Parent Coach who works specifically with parents, helping them to release stress and strengthen their relationship with themselves and their body.

In this session, I’m going to share why Somatic Breathwork can help you find the balance and calm you crave. The word “Soma” means body, so I like to think of this as “bodywork” healing breathwork.
