  • Together, we'll embark on a journey of self-discovery to identify your primary triggers and the challenges currently impacting your life. Through a curious lens, we'll explore the potential roots of these triggers in past experiences and childhood wounds. By learning to attune to your inner wisdom, I'll guide you in dismantling these patterns and forging a path towards liberation.

  • Join me from anywhere in the world! Our sessions will be conducted conveniently via Zoom, allowing for flexibility and accessibility. Please note that all sessions will take place in English.

  • I'm committed to your success. If you're unable to attend your scheduled session and provide at least 24 hours' notice, I'm happy to reschedule for another time that works best for you. However, due to limited availability, session fees are non-refundable.

  • I value your time and investment in our sessions. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows me to offer the appointment slot to another client. While session fees are non-refundable within this timeframe, I'm happy to work with you to find a suitable time to reschedule. We can also discuss the possibility of a one-time courtesy rescheduling exception, depending on the circumstances.

  • Yes, breathwork can be woven into our sessions! Each session is designed specifically for you and your unique needs. Breathwork can be a powerful tool for those who have explored talk therapy and still feel stuck, or for those who are ready to address both emotional and physical pain simultaneously. It can bridge the gap between what you understand intellectually and how you experience it in your body. If you're curious about exploring breathwork as part of your healing journey, we can definitely discuss it further during our session!

  • Individual sessions (60 minutes) are available for $175 per session. I also offer a 4-session discounted package for $630 (a 10% discount!).

  • I offer a discounted package for purchasing multiple sessions in advance. You can save 10% when you buy a bundle of 4 sessions, allowing you to schedule them at your convenience. There's no time limit on using your sessions, so you can tailor your healing journey to your unique pace.

  • Conscious parenting isn't a set of rules, but a transformative journey for parents. It starts with the belief that by tending to our own inner garden – healing childhood wounds and cultivating self-awareness – we become better equipped to understand and support our children's emotional needs. This inward focus allows us to connect with their authentic selves, beyond our expectations or projections. It's not about achieving perfection, but rather about embracing a mindful and compassionate approach to raising our children.
